I couldn't believe my own eyes as I read this email that was sent at 5:02 pm on a FRIDAY!
Why would anyone send such a devastating email that late on a friday. I understand they are just doing their job but really.
So what did the email say?
Basically I failed the Literacy 2 exam, and that I needed to postpone student teaching. WHAT?! Postpone! I have a job lined up for the next school year and if I were to do that I would delay my life a whole year.
Come monday morning I went and talked to who I needed to. Come today....Wednesday they finally came to an agreement. I will student teach locally, and tutor with a literacy teacher and the kicker...it all starts monday! So now comes the crunch to find housing for the spring.
